Crossed a line

Static on the line,

Dangling off the edge,

Insides twirled

Dangerously

Tight around your fingertip,

Another

Points to the sky,

It likes to tell me

That the forevers

And the I don’t knows,

That’s where they go.

You fed me your heart

Piece by piece,

I hid the most part

Under my tongue.

Oh, how sweetly I sing

But I spray your insides

Everywhere I go,

With a word,

Or two

A little more of you

Is gone
